甜菊糖作为天然无热量甜味剂在食品和饮料工业得到了大量的应用。近些年国内甜菊糖产量也是屡创新高，年产千吨甚至以上的厂家已不鲜见。苏青集团在甜菊糖吸附富集、分离精制方面进行了多年的研究，开发出了吸附量大选择性好的大孔吸附树脂DA201-H2、超高处理量的除盐树脂001X16、脱色效果优异的脱色树脂SQD-914，以及可以取代粉末炭对甜菊糖进一步脱色精制的精制树脂DA201-EM

As the natural and no calorie sweetener, Stevioside is now widely used in food and beverage industry. The output of Stevioside in China increase rapidly in recent years. The manufacturers with more then 1000 tonne annual output are not rarely seen anymore. Suqing Group has dedicated to stevioside adsorption and purification research for many years. We developed and manufactured the adsorbent resin of DA201-H2 with high capacity and high selectivity, the cation resin of 001X16 with high salt removal capacity, the color removal resin of SQD-914 with excellent color removal efficiency and the the adsorbent resin of DA201-EM which could replace powdered activated carbon used for further color removal and purification.

▲树脂再生方 法(Regeneration Method)
DA201-H2大孔吸附树脂- -般是两柱串联吸附，检测漏糖后用2-3倍树脂体积的55-60%酒精解析第一一个柱， 然后清水淋洗至无酒精味以后即可再用。001X16- -般单柱运行， 树脂失效后用3-4倍树脂体积的4%盐酸再生树脂，然后用脱盐水洗至中性即可。SQD-914般也是单柱运行，树脂失效后用2-3倍树脂体积的4%氢氧化钠再生,再用去离子水洗至中性。DA201-EM-般两个柱甚至三个柱串联使用以减少树脂对甜菊糖的吸附，降低甜菊糖的损失。待检测到颜色泄漏后，用2-3倍树脂体积的95%酒精再生树脂，然后去离子水洗至无酒精即可。
DA201-H2 is usually used in 2 columns connected in series. When sweet leakage is tested,the first column is eluted with 2-3BV of 55 -60% of ethanol. Then washed with clean water to no ethanol taste. Then the resin is ready for next run. 001X16 is usually used in single column. When it is exhausted, regenerate it with 3-4BV of 4% HIl, and then washed with DI water to neutral.SQD-914 is also used in single column. When it is exhausted, regenerate it with 2-3BV of 4% NaOH, and then wash with DI water to neutral. DA201-EM is usually used in 2 even 3 columns connected in series to decrease the adsorption of stevioside and so that to decrease the loss of stevioside. When color is detected, the first column is then regenerated with 2-3BV of 95%ethanol, and then washed with DI water to no ethanol taste.
