在自然界中金属钴和金属镍经常是伴生的,因此钴镍分离是经常遇到的冶金问题。目前常用的钴镍分离方法为溶剂萃取法,通过P204、P507等萃取剂把大量钴从钴镍混合液中萃取出来。萃馀液中则还含有较大量的镍和微量的钴。而对萃馀液中的残留钴镍进行吸附富集时发现,用普通的螯合树脂,如亚氨基二二乙酸型螯合树脂或氨基膦酸型螯合树脂,吸附量非常低,达不到富集的目的。为此,苏青集团专门研发了-种新型螯合树脂,不但对这类萃馀液中的钴镍具有非常高的吸附容量(30g/L以上),容易解析,解吸液中钴镍浓度很容易达到30g/L以上,而且对钙镁吸附量很低,经处理过的水中镍含量可以达到0.5mg/L以下的工业要求。
Cobalt and Nickel are usually found together in nature. So, Co and Ni separation is a metallurgical problem often encountered. Now the widely used method is the solvent extraction.By using P204 and / or P507 etc,, Co is largely extracted from the solution of Co and Ni mixture. In the water phase, there still major Ni and some Co residue. It was found out that when the general chelating resins, such as the iminodiacetic acid type or the aminophosphonic acid type chelating resins, were used, the Ni & Co capacity was very low. Based on this requirement, Suqing Group developed and manufactured a new type chelating resin SQD-432. This new resin has a very high adsorption capacity for this kind of Ni & Co (more then 30/L). It is very easy to be eluted,and the concentration of Ni & Co in the eluate is very easy to reach 30g/L and over. This new chelating resin adsorbs very lttle amount of calcium and magnesium. And, after the adsorption,the Ni residue in the water can be less then the industrial requirement of 0.5mg/L.
