连续离交因为设备体积小，一次性树脂用量少，再生废水少等优点，已经在有机酸、氨基酸、淀粉糖等传统上需要大量离子交换树脂的行业得到了较为广泛的应用。相对于传统离子交换设备，因为连续离交树脂用量少，因此需要树脂频繁再生(每天再生4-6次)。而且，因为连续离交不能经常对树脂进行反洗以去除破碎树脂颗粒，所以要求树脂不但要有高的交换容量而且要有非常高的机械强度。为此，苏青集团开发出了强凝胶型阳离子交换树脂SQ-716,具有非常高的机械强度。经在赖氨酸等连续离交上使用，得到了用户的户泛认可。

require the resins used must have a very good mechanical strength. Based on this, Suqing Group developed the Super-Strong Gel-Type Strong Cation Exchange Resin SQ-716. It has been used in Lysine continuous IX processes and has been accepted widely by the customers.

根据使用目的的不同，SQ-716 需要用不同的再生剂进行再生。氨基酸吸附富集时，一般是用不同浓度的氨水解析再生。用于有机酸或其它除盐目的时，一般是用一 定浓度的盐酸或硫酸再生。

For different applications, SQ-716 will be regenerated with different regenerants. When it is used to adsorb amino acids, it is elute and regenerated with ammonia of different concentrations.When it is used to remove metal ions from organic acids or other substances, it is usually regenerated with hydrochloric acid or sulphuric acid.
