现在被广泛采用的煤制气草酸酯加氢工艺生产乙二醇,该生产工艺会伴生一定量的碱性物质和有机杂质,虽然经多步精制提纯,乙二醇最终产品质量仍有波动,造成产品质量指标达不到国标优等品标准。为此,我公司针对煤制乙二醇工艺进行研究,开发了适用净化碱性物质、酯类杂质和有机杂质的SQYJ-2煤制乙二醇净化催化剂产品和SQYJ-1脱醛催化剂树脂,通过在多家数十万吨级煤制乙二醇装置上的应用和试验,证明具有明显的净化催化效果。目前在煤制乙二醇装置上广泛应用。
First make Oxalate from coal, then hydrogenate Oxalate to make ethylene glycol (MEG). This is now another most widely used method to manufacture MEG. This method is more cost effective then the ethylene oxide hydrolysis method. However, it also has some weak points. One of them is that the quality of the MEG obtained is not as good and stable even after several purification steps. After a long time hard work and dedicated research, Suqing Group developed SQYJ-1 aldehyde removal resin and SQYJ-2 resin which can organic impurities. After tests and trial application in several coal-made MEG manufacturers, the results showed that the SQYJ-1 and SQYJ-2 combination could effectively purify the coal-made MEG and make the final MEG product meet the requirements of Chinese National Standard.

树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)
SQYJ-1可以有效去除乙二醇中的醛类杂质和微量碱性物质,一般可以稳定使用2年左右,不需要再生。
SQYJ-2可以有效去除乙二醇中的酯类物质和其它有机杂质,但是对这些物质的吸附有一定的容量,使用一段时间以后处理过的乙二醇UV值会有所降低,待达不到国标优级品标准要求时需对树脂进行再生。再生时,先用除盐水置换交换住中的乙二醇回收,然后反洗树脂以去除固体颗粒、细碎树脂并使树脂层松动,然后从上往下通入3-4倍树脂体积的4%氢氧化钠溶液1.5-2小时通完,然后再用除盐水淋洗至中性即可重复使用。
SQYJ-1 resin can effectively remove aldehydes impurities and alkaline substances. The life time of this resin can be around 2 years. No regeneration is needed.
SQYJ-2 resin can effectively remove esters and other organic substances. However, it’s capacity for these substances is limited. After some time, the resin will be exhausted and the UV value of the MEG obtained will decline. When the UV value can not meet the requirements of the Chinese National Standard, the resin needs to be regenerated. To regenerate the resin, first using DI water to replace and recover the MEG in the column. Then backwash the resin with DI water to remove small particles and broken resin beads and loosening the perfect resin beads. Then pass 3-4 BV of 4% NaOH solution through the resin bed from top to bottom in 1.5-2hr. And then, rinse the resin with DI water to neutral. The resin is then regenerated and ready for next run.
