头孢类抗生素以其普适性而得到了广泛的应用。这类药物的基础原料7-氨基头孢烷酸(7-ACA)是由头孢菌素C(CPC)经酰化酶水解而得。CPC和7-ACA的富集提纯均需要用到多种大孔吸附树脂。苏青集团在多年研究的基础上开发出了专用于CPC和7-ACA生产的吸附和精制树脂，并得到了用户的广泛好评。

The Cephalosporin-based antibiotics are widely used because of their broad spectrum and their high efficiency. The raw key material for these anti-biotics is 7-ACA. 7-ACA is produced by Acylase Catalysed hydrolysis of CPC. Many kinds of Adsorbents are used for both CPC and 7-ACA production. Suqing Group, based the many years dedicated research, developed and manufactured the resin specific for CPC and 7-ACA adsorption and purification. And, the performances of these resin are affirmed by the customers.

▲树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)
DA201-EACA用于从发酵液中吸附富集头孢菌素C(CPC), DA201-80EAC 用于7-ACA结晶
母液吸附回收7-ACA。DA201-80ED用于取代粉末活性炭对7-ACA脱附液进行脱色除杂，效果优于活性炭。树脂DA201 EACA和DA201-80EAC吸附饱和后，均是用2-3BV的0.4%碳酸氢钠或0.4%醋酸钠解析，然后再用碱和丙酮或异丙醇再生树脂，最后通入2%的硫酸并用除盐水洗至pH2.5左右即可再用。当树脂DA201-80ED失效后，用5BV的8-10%氯化钠和1-2%氢氧化钠再生，然后除盐水洗至接近中性即可。
DA201-EACA is used to adsorb CPC from the CPC fermentation broth. DA201-80EAC is used to adsorb 7-ACA from 7-ACA crystallizing mother liquor. DA201-80ED is used to replace powdered activated carbon to remove color and impurities of 7-ACA eluted from resin DA201-80EAC. When resins DA201-EACA and DA201 -80EAC are saturated, elute the resin with 2-3BV of 0.4% NaHCO3 or 0.4% CH3COONa,respectively. And then, treat the resins with NaOH and acetone or
isopropanol. There after, treat with 2% H2SO4 and rinse with DI water to about pH 2.5. When resin DA201-80ED is exhausted, regenerate it with 5BV of 8-10% NaCl and 1 2% NaOH, and washed to pH neutral.
