树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)
D001-F和D301-F用于果葡糖浆的脱盐脱色，一般需要两次甚至三次组合处理。树脂失效后，D001-F用2-3倍树脂体积的4%盐酸再生，D301-F则用2-3倍树脂体积的3-4%氢氧化钠再生。然后水洗至中性即可。DA201-CM主要去除有机物杂质和少量残留的色素，树脂失效后用2-3倍树脂体积的2-3%氢氧化钠再生，水洗至pH10左右后再通入1-2倍树脂体积的1-2%盐酸，再水洗至中性即可。SQD-407主要去除砷等重金属杂质，树脂失效后先通入2倍树脂体积的5-8%氯化钠，然后用2-3倍树脂体积的清水或纯水置换，再通入2-3倍树脂体积的2-3%氢氧化钠，再用纯水洗至pH8-9即可。
D001-H and D301-F are used to remove salts and color from Fructose Syrup. Generally, 2 times even 3 times this combined treatment are needed to remove the salts and color more completely. When the resins are exhausted, D001-F is regenerated by passing through 2-3BV of 4% HCl and D301-F is regenerated by passing through 2-3BV of 3-4% NaOH. And then washed to neutral with DI water. DA201-CM is used to remove various organic impurities and the color residues. It is regenerated by passing 2-3BV of 2-3% NaOH. Then wash with clean water to around pH 10. Then pass through 1-2BV of 1-2% HCl and then wash with Di water to neutral. SQD-407 is used to remove Arsenic and other heavy metals. It is regenerated by passing through 2Bv of 5-8% NaCl, washed with 2-3BV of DI water and then Passing through 2-3BV of 2-3% NaOH, and then wash with DI water to pH 8-9.
