煤焦化过程会产生大量的废水,COD高,化学成分复杂。经生化处理后,COD还残留200mg/L左右,需经过进一步膜处理以除去大部分有机物以后才能回用。但是由于其中的部分有机物会造成膜的堵塞,严重影响了膜的使用寿命。为此,苏青集团专门开发了一种焦化废水有机物吸附树脂SQD-205CS,经该树脂处理以后膜的使用寿命大大延长。该树脂对焦化废水有机物吸附量大,有机物去除率高,而且再生容易,使用寿命长。
Coal coking process will generate a large amount of waste water, with a very high COD and containing very complex chemicals. This waste water is now widely treated by the bio-chemical process. After the treatment, the COD residue of the waste water is still at about 200mg/L. Before the water can be recycled, it must be treated with some membrane to remove the most part of the organic residues. However, some organics may cause the membrane blocked badly. This blockage will strongly affect the life time of the membrane. So, Suiqng Group developed SQD-205CS resin, which can effectively adsorb the organics from the coal coking waste water. After the resin’s treatment, the life time of the membrane used are prolonged significantly. This resin has a high capacity and high removal rate for the coking waste organics. It is also can be regenerated very easily and has a long life time.

树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)
由于煤焦化废水化学成分的复杂性,SQD-205CS煤焦化废水有机物吸附专用树脂再生时一般需要用到盐酸、氢氧化钠和氯化钠,以使树脂吸附的有机物从树脂上较为彻底脱附下来。再生时适当加热(50-80℃)会对再生效果有一定的帮助。
Because of the complexity of the organics in the coalcoking waste water, SQD-205CS resin is usually regenerated with HCl, NaOH and NaCl, to elute the most organics adsorbed by the resin. Usually, an elevated temperature (50-80℃) can result in a more efficient regeneration.
