　　D403是一种大孔苯乙烯系硼选择性螯合树脂，可以从含有大量其它阴离子的溶液中选择性吸附硼酸根，对硼吸附量大，可以广泛应用于含硼饮用水、废水的处理以及高纯水的生产。

　　D403 is a macroporous polystyrene-based Boron selective chelating resin. It selectively adsorbs Borate from water and /or water solutions containing various other anions. The Boron capacity is very high. This resin is widely used for the treatments of drinking water and waste water. It is also used for ultra-pure water production.

　　树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)

　　D403树脂可以单柱使用也可以两柱串联使用，对于硼含量高的工业废水处理或要求处理后硼残留量非常低的高纯水生产，建议采用双柱串联运行。待出水硼含量超标时，再生(第一柱)树脂。再生分为两步，第一步先用浓度3-5%的盐酸或硫酸洗脱树脂吸附的硼，用量为树脂体积的2-3倍，从上到下通，1-1.5小时通完。然后用去离子水或清水洗至出水pH3-4。再用约树脂体积0.6倍的4%氢氧化钠溶液循环中和树脂至出水pH约7-8。最后再用3-4倍树脂体积的去离子水或清水淋洗树脂，即可备下次使用。

　　注：如果要回收树脂吸附的硼，酸的浓度可以高一些，比如10-15%，并多次套用以 提高再生液中硼的浓度。

　　D403 resin can be used in only one column or in two columns connected in series. For the industrial waste water containing high Boron content, or for the ultra-pure water production, the later is suggested. The exhausted resin (in the first column) is regenerated by two steps. First, pass 2-3BV of 3-5% HCl or H2SO4 through the resin in 1-1.5hours. Then wash with DI water or clean water to the effluent pH 3-4. Then recycle about 0.6BV of 4% NaOH in the column until the pH of the effluent is at 7-8. Then wash the resin with 3-4BV of DI water or clean water. Then the resin is ready for next run.

　　Note: If the customer wants to recover the Boron absorbed by the resin, the concentration of the acid used could be higher, such as 10-15%, and can be reused for several times to increase the Boron concentration in the eluate.
