DA201-VOC是一种高交联大孔吸附树脂,对气体中的VOCs具有分离,浓缩的作用,其微观状态为均一性很高的多孔网状结构,其比表面积高达1 500m/g (基本接近活性炭的比表面积)。工艺上根据要求不同进行改性增强其对不同成分分离效率,在加工生产过程中,调整聚合过程中的孔径和增加孔容,改善其再生效率,达到良好的脱附性能,理论脱附频次达到几千次以上。同时因其本身的材料决定其抗污染性能高,干湿状态对吸附性能影响较小,油类物质污染后经洗脱后可以恢复到良好的性能。
DA201-VOC is a highly cross-linked macroporous adsorption resin, which can separate and concentrate VOCs in the gas. Its microscopic state is a highly uniform porous network structure, and its specific surface area is as high as 1500 m/g (basically close to the specific surface area of activated carbon). In terms of technology, it is modified according to different requirements to enhance its separation efficiency for different components. In the process of production, adjust the pore size and increase the pore volume in the polymerization process to improve its regeneration efficiency and achieve good desorption performance. The theoretical desorption frequency reaches thousands of times more. At the same time, due to its own material, it has high anti- pollution performance, and the dry and wet state has little effect on the adsorption performance. After oil pollution, it can recover to good performance by being eluted.
