SQD- 79A是一种苯乙烯高交联大孔吸附树脂,比表面积很高。用于从双氧水中去除有机物,吸附量大,再生效率高,而且耐氧化性好,使用寿命长。
SQD-79A resin is a polystyrene- based super- crosslinked macroporous adsorbent. The surface area is very high. This resin also has a very good oxidation resistance. When used for the removal of TOC of Hydrogen Peroxide, it not only has a high capacity, is very easy to be generated, but also has a long life time.
树脂再生方法(Regeneration Method)
SQD-79A对双氧水中有机物吸附能力较强,一 般单柱以2BV/hr的流速逆流运行即可将双氧水TOC降至50mg/L以下,当然双柱串联逆流运行效果将会更好。待出口TOC超标时,用1-2倍树脂体积的去离子水或清水正向(从上到下)置换树脂柱内的双氧水,然后再用2-3倍树脂体积的去离子水或清水洗涤树脂,流速也是2BV/hr。调节树脂柱内水位至树脂层上约30公分,然后从上往下通入1倍树脂体积的甲醇,流速也是2BV/hr。浸泡2- 3小时后,继续以同样流速通入另外1倍树脂体积的甲醇,然后继续用去离子水或清水淋洗树脂直到出水TOC小于50mg/L或满足客户的要求(用水量大约3-4倍树脂体积)。树脂即可投入下次运行。
SQD-79A adsorbent resin has a strong affinity for the organics in H2O2. By passing through one column at 2 BV/hr (up-flow), the TOC residue in the hydrogen peroxide will be easily lowered down to less then 50mg/L. If 2 columns connected in series are used, the TOC residue will be lower. After the TOC of the effluent is over the required limit, then replace the H2O2 in the column with 1-2 BV of DI water or clean water down-flow, and then rinse the resin with additional 2-3 BV of water at the same flow rate.Then, adjust the water level in the column to above the resin layer about 30cm. Then,pass through 1 BV of methanol down-flow at 2BV/hr. Stop there for 2-3 hours. And then, pass another 1BV of methanol through the resin. And then, continuously rinse the resin with water down- flow until the TOC of the effluent is less then 50mg/L or meets the customer' s requirement (the rinse water needed is about 3-4 BV). Then the resin is ready for next run.
